Our diverse menu features ZENSHI Handcrafted Sushi, along with salads and specialty items such as edamame (soybeans) and seafood salad. ZENSHI is our new consumer brand, designed to bring premium quality and innovative options to our customers.

We are constantly expanding and refining our fresh food concepts, and we take pride in offering our own brand of sushi-related products.

    • AFC sushi is made fresh daily with the highest quality ingredients.

    • We package products in convenient ready-to-go containers for customers seeking a healthy alternative to fast food.

    • Our franchise sushi bar program is unique.

    • We currently have 4,000 sushi bar franchise locations.

    • AFC services the United States, Canada and Australia.

    • Many signature sushi items and sushi related products to choose from.

    • Must be legal to work in the U.S. or Canada

    • Must be 18 years or older

    ​

    • Must be able to speak and understand English

    ​

    • Must be able to attend 12-day training in Los Angeles, CA

    ​

    • Must pass background check

    ​

    • Must have a bank account where monthly commission payment can be received via direct deposit

  • Our franchisees are entitled to 64% of gross sushi sales as commission.

     

    There is no obligation for franchisees to pay lease and utility fees.
